Privacy note
Short and plain: what this site collects, why, and what it doesn't do. Last updated 12 October 2026.
Who is responsible
This is the personal website of Mohammad Razgardani (MoMo), based in Dubai, UAE. Contact: Razgardani9@gmail.com.
What is collected
- Contact form: your name, email, optional company, topic and message. Used only to reply to you, and to send you an automatic confirmation that the message arrived.
- Updates list: if you sign up on the Insights page, your email (and name, if given) is used only to tell you about new articles. Unsubscribe any time by replying “unsubscribe”. The list is kept on this website's server until you unsubscribe.
- Booking: call requests currently go through the contact form or email. If an online booking tool is added later, this note will name it.
- Server logs: the web host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. To limit spam, the contact form keeps a one-way (hashed) version of your IP address for about an hour. A short part of that hash is included in the notification email I receive.
- AI tools: I may use AI tools to help me sort and draft replies. I read and send replies myself.
What is not done
- No advertising trackers, and your details are never sold. They pass only through the services that run this site and its email (web hosting and email providers).
- No cookies are set by this site.
- The automation estimator runs entirely in your browser; nothing you enter there is sent.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept in email for as long as needed to continue the conversation. You can ask for your message to be deleted at any time by emailing the address above.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or simply ask not to be contacted again.
